We flew to Montana the middle of July for baby Alexa's blessing. We were fortunate that Lissa, Jason and the girls were able to be there for the blessing, too. I had the pleasure of sewing Alexa's blessing dress.
It turned out well and she looked like a little angel in it. I'm hopeful that Alexa might have blue eyes, which would be a first in their family.Believe it or not, the picture below is the best one we could get with the Montana Carson kids of all the ones we took!
We went on some walks to the playground.
Adam was stylin' his sunglasses and sippy cup as he rode his big wheel.
Granddad helping the kids work on their pullups.
Here's Adam wearing some overalls I made for his daddy when he was two.
Granddad bonding with baby Alexa. She's mostly a mommy's girl.
Alexa had a cute way of sitting side saddle in her swing.
I love it when the grandchildren cuddle up to listen to bedtime stories!
The Stinsons and we were also in town to celebrate Makayla's fourth birthday.
Krystal made a beautiful Barbie cake for her. It tasted as delicious as it was pretty.
Makayla had a fun time opening her presents with her cousins.
Here's Makayla with a doll knitted for her by her great-Grandma Christensen. We had a fabulous week in Montana with the Carson and Stinson families! It's always hard to say goodbye.
